Heaven is not enough.........

Recently the tech team of my company was shifted to a new state of the art complex with a cool working ambiance. The complex has in-built aquarium, gym and doesn't even look like a hardcore official complex.
As I was admiring about the beauty of the place, lathiesh welcomed me to his table. I said to lathiesh, "I'm feeling jealous about u people. Really got a heaven to work at. "
He gave a smile.... He extended it to a laugh and replied.....

"As it's the first day, U look conquered by the beauty of the place. But will not be for long. Because the people are same. It's the same boss here. The same people are around u to annoy in the same way in the old office......... "

I was wondering, "How do we get so easily bored with new developments and start crimping?"

Monday check-ins

My routine on a monday morning is to check my
1. Office e-mail account, then
2. Personal gmail account, then
3. Personal rediff account, then
4. Personal Yahoo account, then
5. ICICI demat account, then
6. ICICI bank account, then
7. If it's start of the month, HDFC salary account then
8. Blogger account then
9. Blogger email account then
go to canteen for lunch out of disappointment (that I haven't checked linked-In account, orkut account, etc... Yet.)

When will do the work in office?????

The sickest thing about all of them is - They all have different username and passwords.

Just did my share for the mumbai victims, donated blood............

Yet to think about the security reforms, that this country need..........

But, this had to happen. A country becomes vulnerable for attack, when it poises for economic growth. (I'm not bluffing, history is behind me.) When India had wealth of gold, Ghajni invaded. When India had wealth of knowledge and skill, british invaded. The chase for power and wealth, envy for those who have it, are human nature (actually, world nature) and will always be there. We just cannot eliminate.

Only thing what we can do is, Protect Ourselves.

The Strategic Weapons

1. When I started learning bicycle, my dad insisted on me to keep my hips straight. He said that, If I don't keep my hip straight, I would never learn to ride bicycle. Yes, I admit that. But the puzzling point is: Experts in bikes and bicycles bend their hips to get edge over the others. Even I do after becoming a proficient rider, to tackle the traffic and to drive fast, I bend my hips.

2. If u have attended the cricket coaching, the first thing to be learnt in batting is to "Keep your right leg anchored at the edge of crease". Otherwise, U will never learn to bat. Yes, I admit that. But the puzzling point is: Experts in the game move their right leg to step down and hit a six, or to leave room and go for a cover drive..... Even I do after a becoming a proficient batsman, I move my right leg to be right on the target.

3. If u remember the way U were grown up, the first thing ur parents teach u is character and discipline. Otherwise, U will never learn to live. Yes, I admit that. But the puzzling point is: The professionals opt for the solutions that are against the right character and discipline. Even I do after learning to live by character and discipline, I use my intelligence to decieve and grab the opportunities...........

In nut shell, the life insists on austerity at beginner stage and in the later stage, asks us to be liberal selectively which forms as a strategic weapon ............, Why SO?

The contrast of life

Yesterday, my wife had to catch a flight. I told her to start with one hour buffer for the traffic and all. But she was getting late. When I got irritated, she replied...... "Have u ever reached Airport 5 minutes early? and you want me to reach one hour early?"
....... .....

Why do I tell my wife and kids to drive slow, while I drive like crazy maniac.
Why do I scold my younger brother to stop drinking and smoking, while I don't stop
Why do I want my wife to kiss and embrace me all the time, while I don't do that for her.
Why do I want every body to read my blog & give comment, when I don't keenly reed other's blog.

I recently realized, If I start do the things that I don't do, the other one follows automatically. There is a lot to explore in the world of contrast.

The change in taste

at 15, I used to dream about Juhi chawla (the No 1 bollywood heroine then). No body else
at 17, I got attracted towards one of the most beautiful girl in my ambience
at 21, Many girls looked good for me and I started seeing them in rotation, some times in shifts
at 25, Anything in a Woman's dress seem to be attractive.

What's happening with me? What will happen at 40?

Why is that?

Whenever I try to appear more intelligent than I am, I always lose out.
